Some garments are not replaceable
A wedding saree, a grandmother's Kancheepuram, a suit that finally fits. These are not items you send out and hope about. They are pieces where one bad wash is permanent.
Prezr Luxe exists for exactly those. Every garment is assessed on arrival by someone who knows what silk does in water and what a hot press does to dark wool, then routed to the process it needs rather than the process that is quickest.
We publish every rate, we tell you before we do anything you have not asked for, and if a stain will not come out we say so instead of hoping you will not look.

- 01 Photographed at receipt. Anything of high value is photographed and condition noted when it reaches us, so there is never a question about what came in.
- 02 Spotted by hand. Stains are treated individually before a garment enters any machine. That is where the skill sits, and it is not something a machine cycle does for you.
- 03 Non toxic solvents. Biodegradable, odourless and gentle on protein fibres. Nothing harsh left sitting in the fabric against your skin.
- 04 Collected from your door. Arrange by phone or WhatsApp. We collect, we clean, we return it covered and ready to wear.

What makes Prezr Luxe different from an ordinary laundry?
Process and accountability. Garments are sorted by fibre, spotted by hand, cleaned by the method the cloth actually needs, and finished individually. High value pieces are photographed at receipt and you receive an itemised bill. It costs more than a standard service and it is meant for garments where that matters.
How is Prezr Luxe different from Prezr?
Prezr handles the everyday weekly wash at volume. Prezr Luxe is the studio for the pieces you would be sorry to lose: bridal and ceremonial wear, designer garments, tailoring, silk, wool and heirloom textiles. Different work, different process, different price.
What does it cost?
Every rate is published on our rate card, with no quotation required for standard work. Premium laundry is 159 rupees per kilo, dry cleaning of a cotton shirt is 139 rupees and a two piece suit is 439 rupees. Specialist restoration is quoted after inspection.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes, across Trivandrum. Pickup and delivery are complimentary on eligible orders, from 1,000 rupees nearby to 4,000 rupees at the farthest distances. Below the minimum, pickup only starts at 60 rupees and pickup with delivery at 120 rupees, by distance. The full matrix is on the rate card.
How long does an order take?
Standard work is returned within 48 hours. Bridal, embellished and restoration work takes longer because it is done by hand. We give you a date at collection and we keep to it.
What happens if a garment is damaged?
We inspect and record the condition of every piece at receipt, which means we know what arrived and in what state. If we cause damage, we deal with it properly and in line with our published terms. If a garment arrives already weakened, we show you before we clean it.
